# Redeem a Sample Card

> Turn a physical sample card into sounds in your sampler.

Physical sample cards unlock real sample packs. Tap the card with your phone
(or visit the printed link) and follow the steps — the pack lands in Meiji
Sampler automatically.

## Redeem your card

1. Tap the NFC card with your phone, or go to the URL printed on the card.
   Lost the link? Enter the code at
   [sampler.meiji.industries/redeem](https://sampler.meiji.industries/redeem).
2. Preview the sounds on the card page.
3. Enter your email and tap the link we send you.
4. Tap **Redeem** — the pack is now attached to your account.
5. Download the files right there, or open Meiji Sampler.

## Get the pack in Meiji Sampler

1. Open Meiji Sampler and log in with the **same email** you used to redeem.
2. A "Your pack is ready" prompt appears — press \[ENTER] to open Your Packs,
   or find the pack tagged \[CARD] at the top of the pack browser
   (Settings → Sources → Pack browser).
3. Select the pack and download it. It installs like any factory pack.

## Troubleshooting

* **"Already redeemed on another account"** — each card unlocks one account.
  If you bought the card second-hand, ask the seller to reset it.
* **"This code doesn't look right"** — codes ignore dashes and are not
  case-sensitive; 0/O and 1/I/L are interchangeable. If it still fails,
  contact the seller.
* **The pack doesn't show in the app** — confirm the app is logged in with the
  redemption email (Settings → General → Account).
