# PerformFX Library previews

> Audible previews for every PerformFX preset, rendered through the real engine.

# PerformFX Library previews

Every clip on these pages is rendered offline through the production PerformFX engine: the same trigger math, engagement envelope, and effect code the app runs when you audition a preset in the FX Library. Nothing is simulated or re-recorded; when the DSP changes, the previews are regenerated.

## Clip anatomy

Each preview is four bars of the source loop: one bar dry → two bars engaged → release and tail over the final bar, with a short fade at the clip end. The dry bar gives your ear the reference and seeds the engine's capture history, so loopers and repeats grab exactly what you just heard.

## Sources

* **Honeydrippers**: Classic soul drum break, the repo's canonical test loop.
